Weather: 50s and crisp

Comments:
A good, strong/steady base run. back way to STA track where I slipped in and ran my first lap on their new track (strangely 17 yards shorter than it should be.) Continued up Mass, looping through Wesley Heights for secretive reasons, and continuing home down Nebraska Ave and 42nd. Felt pretty good. right foot felt some of the old nuroma type ache as it had last week, but not nearly as intensely this time. Pace started easy, but was likely around 7:00 for most of the run.
