Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Great run made by Liam. it was just a little less than & but it felt really good. Before the run with lifted with 2 laps around the outside of the track for a warmup. The run went up Renwick which felt a ton better than going up the cemetery. Then once we got to top we took a left and went another way up to Cayuga Heights it was cool to go back there after so long from being away from there since it was my old elementary school. We then went straight to community corners then we kept going straight until we took a left turn that took us to the rd that is in between the cornell golf course and the country club course. We went down that trail at the end around Beebee, then all the way over to the road that leads down past the gates building then we went down there past the slope till we got to the ending past of a giles, down gun hill and back. Drills and strides afterwards. I gotta step up my behavior I know I have let coach B down and I hate to do that, I will be on my best behavior from now on, no more nonsense. Only focus.
