Comments:
After missing sunday, Monday and Tuesday for no reason what so ever other than being lazy, I put in an easy 10k. I was a little harder coming back and I need to continue to do that. I am not going to be race ready for October 31st but I do need to lay the foundation and do the work! I need to treat that half marathon as a long run and then keep that momentum going the rest of the year! If I finish this year strong and I can have a terrific 2016 if I stay dedicated!
Pretty conservative going out but I was able to break 8 on the way back.
