6 miles at Parma Park. 1 mile warm up and then 200-400-800-800-400-200, then 400-200-200-400, 400-200-200-400, 400. Short cool down (ran out of time) Times were approximately 38, 78, 2:50, 2:48, 78, 38, then 80-40-40-80, 80-40-40-80, 75 Felt easy. I need to start actually training again.
