Comments:
The time has come. I'm shedding my long summer xc miles and lacing up the track spikes.
First workout with graz today and it was pretty much a speed test.
A bunch of timed 30m sprints followed by 3x flying 150's all out.
best times: 4.39 for the 30
17.0 for the flying 150's
mile warmup, 2 mile cooldown
feeling those 150's on the cooldown and probably tomorrow
