Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Kept this run very easy. Which was the objective so it was good. We let Cole lead most of the run. We especially kept the hills easier but still crested them. It will be beneficial for our recovery since we went this slow. To get the full 6 we took the run up more of the hill to belle Sherman. This is the original Giles I think we should do it more. Then we went through Cornell and over to the slope. Got to see that really good view from the top of the slope near the clock tower. Right around here we had down really deep conversations. It started with "was I put on earth to do something?" "like why now at this time was I put on earth, is it for some reason?" After I said that everyone started thinking so deeply. Some of our ideas were crazy. Drills strides then some lifting. I put my weight up a little bit had trouble with overhead press.
