Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I have no idea what our total time was or the mileage so I'll just copy Silas. This run was a struggle the entire time. It was good time sorta but I felt like a babysitter the entire time haha. These kids were flying! We started out ok. The pace was nice and me and Neil just chilled right behind some of the kids. But then we got to fall creek and they kept trying to pull away. A few times I had to spring to get ahead of them and slow them down. It was only a group of like 5 of them so it wasn't so bad. But they thought it was a game after that so they would try to find anyway around us. Some were running in the streets and we had to get them outta there. We finally got to Giles after another mile or so of the chase down. We played a quick game since we were short on time then Kieran took the lower level mods back the footbridge way and we took the faster ones the Giles way. The kids were running through the Forrest to try to get ahead it was nuts. When we got to state street. Alexander Simpson sprinted to get ahead and a few of the other guys follwed. So me Cole and Neil decided just to stay back and soon they'd come back. They were like 100 meters ahead of us at one point until they slowed down. The rest of the run was stick a chase down until we got back. Then we did some rhythm 200's which felt good and hurdles with some tough abs that included a total of 6 mins of plank. Stretched and rolled afterwards.
