Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not a bad run at all. I am not really sure about the time for the first 2.5 but it seems right. I had a bicycle pull me through the first mile and a half of the send interval. I was able to come through the first mile in about 6 minutes and then hit a 2:50 half mile right after it. It was my first taste of race pace in a while!
But tonight stand the true test. I need to run home after work. Am I going to be tough and get it in or will I be week and get a ride?
