Modified Run

Comments:
We were supposed to do 4 miles with the modified girls but they had to be back at 5 for pictures so the run was cut short. We ran to CTB and got bagels but were so pressed for time that some of the girls had to run back holding their bagels. It was quite an interesting run. When we got back we did rhythm twos which felt really good, probably because of how slow our run was. We also did hurdles and 2 mins of planks with Liam.
