Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Turns out running around cheering people on is a good amount of mileage. Ran the course the first time really slowly. Tried to give the guys some pointers about the course. Literally had to stand in front of certain areas so the guys wouldn't cut. Smh. That was the first segment of the run. The next segment was cheering people on. I basically sprinted from point to point it was like a hill workout. But it was worth it because all the guys said it definitely helped them out. It was about 3 miles in total for the 4 races I cheered people on. The last segment was doing a cool down with the JV a guys we just went out along this road for awhile and got 16 mins in for a cool down. Was about 2 miles
