Comments:
I raced a 5k today! I wanted to see if I could PR...and I did! My college PR was 20:05 and my lifetime PR (junior year of hs) was 19:45, and today I ran 19:13 so that was cool. It was actually really hard and I was alone after the first half mile. 6:30, 6:25, and then I guess I sped up a lot because I thought there was no way I would PR after that. But I decided to try to push anyways because it would be good practice mentally for track. I got 1st female and 5th overall :) And everyone was so nice and Evy, Ronnie, Abby, and Joe came to cheer me on! Great note to end on fo sho
