Mapped this run on mapmyrun but my watch died so I didn't get the time I had to estimate. When we got to the high school it was very cold and rainy. I didn't know it was that bad so I only wore shorts and a long sleeve. It was okay once I started running. It was me, Neil, Ian, Silas, and Cole. We headed out the normal way through downtown and then up south hill to the rec way. It was a very relaxed pace until the hill up and I just wanted to get to the rec way so we went a little quicker. We picked up the pace again on the rec way then we went up another hill to the other level of the rec way. Cole was feeling the hills so he was behind a little bit. Then we went up a little path to the sports complex at IC where we stopped to get a little water. We could have either went across campus and took a gradual hill up to the course but instead we decided to go up a really steep hill which got the hill out of the way to get to the course. At the top of the hill was a crazy nice view of the entire city of Ithaca you could see everything. We did the first loop of the course and turned around at the water tower. Then the rest of the run was downhill. We kept the pace pretty relaxed from here on but the downhill was as usual faster cause of gravity. Good 10 mile run and I would definitely do it again. Rolling at home afterwards.
