Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Took yesterday off because of the ol hamstrings. Classic.
Feeling slightly better today? not really I just didn't want another day off plus we had a lift this morning.
Wanted to try the run right after the lift and get both out of the way before class this morning and it went pretty well. I accidentally fell asleep for a half hour after the lift but its okay, I was feeling mad dizzy and sick after the lift and the nap helped. Run was cold as balls there were frozen puddles when I started. But once the sun was shining it was actually really nice.
Things felt.. wonky on the run from the lift. and the hamstrings were feelin some type of way. Stretched the shit out of them and rolled for like 5 minutes. Gonna roll again later tonight.
Gettin super pumped to race. I can't wait for even the 600 time trial dont even mention the season opener or Sparty tarty.
Also pumped to pace Girbs, Ben and Honnens and anyone else in a 5k on friday. Can't wait to see what those guys can do.
