Mothaeffing Ben Bruckger. Another killer morning lift.
Speed squats & box jump ups 5x10: all 95 lbs, high box
pullups & burpees 4x10 everything
kettlebell squats 5x5 @ 45 lbs
reverse leg hypers & pushups 15, max pushups
calf raises 3x[20(each leg) @ 60 lbs, 3x15 (in, out, straight)]
felt super light headed, sick and got cold sweats at random points.... slightly concerning but it wore off quickly
