Comments:
This workout was a lot of fun. I'm very happy and grateful that I got to participate in the work out and add on. I did 3 400s and a 200. Everything felt good. I think I need to work on my focusing skills when I work out as my 3rd 400 was 8 seconds slower than my first 2. I didn't push too hard and I didn't do too much and everything felt good.
