Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had another PT appointment today. She found lots of new knots, but the knots that she found last time weren't very big this time so that good. I also didn't click as much when she tried to adjust my back so I think thats good too. She said to heat before I run, ice after, and drink lots of water. I am scheduled to see her two times next week. Hopefully soon my leg will be pain free. My legs felt pretty tight for the whole run over to the dog park and didn't loosen up. I felt a stiffness and tugging in my leg throughout the whole workout but I never felt a sharp pain so I didn't stop. We planned not to do the two last 400s to make sure my leg didn't get any worse, although I feel like that was probably the hardest part of the workout. I was breathing super heavy for the whole thing and I felt pretty sluggish like I couldn't lift my legs off the ground much. It is probably because I may have changed my form to put pressure off my leg. Sylvia and Lizzy looked so strong on the last 400s so I'm excited to see what we can do on Saturday. Drove back with Zoe and Amy because her leg is hurting too. I quickly rolled out because it was getting really chilly sitting around.
