Comments:
I got some holes in my running log this month but it wasn't a terrible month. Today was just an easy 10k. I have been smoking a lot of cigarettes and I need to clear my lungs out before the half marathon on Saturday! I also need to get plenty of food and hydrate. This shit has to start today if I want to be prepared for Saturdays race!
