Medicine ball workout

I guess this qualifies as "weights"...

Got the heart rate up today by using the 10lb medicine ball at the gym. Wanted to get some upper body toning in but didn't feel like really hitting the weights (shoulder has been achy lately). I was sweating by the end and some of the side reaches seemed to be good for releasing some tension in the left glut/hamstring. I would have liked to do some more throws, but it's hard to do inside a crowded gym.

Russian Twist, 3x20
Diagonal Chops, 3x20 (10 each side)
Figure, 8's 4x15 (2 each direction)
Circles, 4x15 (2 each direction)
Medicine Ball Squat, 3x20
Medicine Ball Lunge, 3 sets, walking length of gym
Side Reach, 3x20 (10 each side, alternating reps)
Squat Throws, 3x15
Overhead Throws, 3x20
