Comments:
Today was ROUGH. Was feeling real tired and not motivated at all...
We did 4x800 on the track, goal was date race pace, hit 3:01, 3:00, 3:00, 2:57, 400 jog rest
Then 10 minutes tempo (around 7 min pace)
Circuit dips and pushups, abs, stretching
Hit what we were supposed to, just felt dead...I think I need a break soon
