Comments:
cent trail west from bottom of doomsday hill. adjusted course to start from last parking space to make it a 10k. Legs did alright, 1:45 faster on way back, glutes were still a little sore from yesterday's intervals. exceeded my expectations. 29th consecutive 20 mile week
