Workout at Rily's lock again. fun place. we had to do a mile at 5:30 then the next one at 7:30 then 5:30 then 7:30. continuous. me and mark lead from the start. our first mile was 5:15 then the second one was 7:30 then the 3rd one was 5:26 and the last one was 7:45ish. felt good. my shins felt good. i iced today. they still hurt though.
