Comments:
Shorter log today. Can't get too high or too low about tomorrow just gotta do what I've prepared to do for the past few months, leave everything out there. I've been thinking back on all the work that I've done and that helps confidence wise. Didn't get the pace for this one so I'll estimate. Just did a double extended lighthouse. Drills, strides, and when I got home I rolled for like an hour. This one muscle in my calf felt really bad so I rolled that out a ton but it felt sore afterwards.
