It was about as hot as last week but it was flatter and on a bike path so I felt much better. Kept it nice an easy at the beginning because it was such a long workout. Approximate paces and pulse rates

10 minutes (6:05 pace, 165)

10 minutes (5:55 pace, 175)
9.5 minutes (5:50 pace, cooldown)

Hit a traffic light with 30 seconds to go on the last one and figured it was a natural stopping point. It was not a fast or spectacular workout, but a decent threshold day in the books. 2 miles up and 1 mile down. Stretch/ice afterwords.
