Weather: perfect, 60s, mostly sunny

Comments:
A good day.

Vars B girls: 1st. A score of 15 and 9 in the top 13 spots! Gillian won the whole thing.

Vars B boys: 1st. Strong showing by many and especially good to see the seniors so prepared. Frankie was second in the MAC.

Frosh/Soph boys: 2nd. Individual Champion Jacob Gaba. Knew this would be the hardest one to wrestle away from SFS, and they admitted to stacking their team.

Vars A girls: ISL Champions for the first time! four in the top ten!

Vars A boys: 2nd in the league and individual champion was Tristan. A gutsy race to try and beat the odds.

I got a decent amount of running, mostly at pace. estimates below.
