Comments:
This long run felt ok. At the start I felt like crap I had a bad headache and my legs felt bad. But as the run went along I felt better and better until at the end I was pushing the pace a little. The part in the trails was slow as always because it's hard hopping over roots and such. It was hard to find the trail at some points cause of the leaves. We decided not to do our normal end loop but do the normal monkey instead. We just came out near game farm and went through private property. We extended through Cornell campus just a little but not much. Drills and strides after.
