I really liked this workout. We woke up early to do this workout in the morning so I felt super energized because I'm usually a morning person. Leg wasn't hurting very bad so I did the whole workout. It started with two 1000s around the golf course at tempo pace. I just focused on staying with Sylvia. My breathing was going super crazy during these and I couldn't steady it. We had 2 minutes in between these then did 10 200s on a 70 second cycle. These felt really good, they were supposed to be 40-42 but I felt like the pace we were going wasn't too difficult. The last one we really pushed it. When we got back to the school, I tried to ice with one of those freezer packs but I don't think it was super effective.
