10 miles, first mile was slow 710,legs were sore, after that 6.50, 7.01 7.00, and then ~640 for miles 5 6 7 8 9, 7.20 cool down on grass for mile 10, looking forward to recovery tmmrw and the 10k breakdown on Friday
