Finally got to M.H.S. track about 7:00 p.m.
Scheduled to do 10 laps (easy), but I started too fast. Decided to do 5 x 800 instead and tomorrow I'll do tonight's planned workout.

Good effort; maybe too hard; hip pain has returned
