I decided to give myself a bit of an early birthday present and take it easy on myself. I went on a bike ride for 30 minutes (10 on level 1, 10 on level 3, and 10 on level 7). Decided to take it easy on myself by only doing leg lifts (400) and a set of 50 pushups
