Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
The first half of the run was pretty quick so we slowed down for the second half. My leg started hurting pretty badly like 20 mins in, but we stopped around 28 minutes because Brittany wasnt feeling too good. The little rest helped my leg a bit and made running back not as painful. I cracked out my walrus socks to try and convince the girls to race in socks for regionals....but I don't think they were convinced. Iced and rolled my leg but it is still throbbing, hope it doesn't feel too bad for the workout.
