Fast as hell pace- 64-63
My leg was in pain today during school, so I was dreading/worried about the workout. It seems to hurt less when I'm running instead of walking though. The weather was like prefect, rain workouts are my fav. We had to run up to A-lot which is like just straight uphill. We ran by my house on the way. My legs felt shattered by the end of the warm up. The workout sounded really difficult by description but for me it wasn't too bad. Coach talked to us about precious seconds that need to be made up during the race and that really drove me all workout. I think that was my new favorite workout of the season. We were a lot faster than our goal paces but thats okay because I didn't feel like we were pushing it too hard. I liked the race pace course more than the fast one because the steep hill made it feel shorter. My least favorite part of the workout was running that fast down the hill because my legs pulls the most when I am running downhill. For this reason I didn't do the cool down with the girls since it was all downhill. Super pumped for our off day and no school tomorrow.
