Gorham to Memorial Union (alone), up Bascom to Elm to Prospect to Van Hise to Highland to Kendall up the Bluff trail to Owen Parkway to Westmoreland to the SW Bike Path back (with Ryan), back to Johnson to North to Commercial to Sherman back to Gorham (alone)-

For the long run today, only one other guy showed up and he was someone who was interviewing for Epic and just randomly happened to show up. So, randomly, I ran with him. It was much warmer today than most of my recent runs. This was a very hilly route and we did it quick. Still, I had no trouble adding on miles at the end.
