Comments:
I ran with the Nick Kaufman for a brief 6 miles. Dow loop was the name of the route that we took. We then proceeded to finish up the last half mile on the track while watching the mid-distance crew work their way through what seemed to be a grueling workout. We then got swoll with the new lifting schedule.
