Weather: Cool, low 50's sunny

Comments:
Ran from school to the trail, .5 miles. Kept a good pace, first time I ran the trail in the opposite direction so everything felt new. Calf held up great today, peroneal brevis insertion kinda sore. Pace yo-yo'd from the turns and dips bu overall was pretty impressed.
