Weather: Sunny and Hot

Comments:
Ran with the girls. Warm up to Greenbelt. We did 8 - 200's under 45 with 60 sec. recovery. Took a water break at coach's house. Back to 4 - 200's same thing. Had to have 4 under 7 or we were doing them again. We barely made it. Great job girls. Cool down back to school.
