Comments:
Ran up to Coventry up Cedar and back down Mayfield with a little extra tacked on at the end. Felt pretty good. Nice and easy and relaxed. Jammed to Journey the whole way. Static hamstring, quad, and calf streach after. 3 sets super crunches and 30 push-ups as well.
