Lost river trail

Weather: cold, high 30's low 40's

Comments:
Tough trail to do loops at. Felt fatigued 1 mile in. This is a more technical trail that will help with learning how to navigate trails better with foot placement. Foot felt fine today, new trail shoes make it so much easier to run over larger rocks and roots. Good run.
