Comments:
Nice run from my house around the first lake with Mark Berton. Wound up sweating by the time I got back; not sure I needed a long sleeve. Pretty day outside. Headed down to Veale afterwards to get the results of the selection committee live. Shocked and bummed to see that the teams selected didn't include the Case ladies; I think they deserved to go.
