Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Hill workout at the meadow. Did the first 4-5ish with the top group before I fell back, cut the course a little to catch back up, fell back again, and then did the rest with kurt, drew, and sylvester doing a slower recovery. like always on this workout, it wasn't the hills that got me, it was the recovery, or my failure to do so between hills. it's alright though, got what I expected/wanted out of the workout.
