Up Tempo Run

Comments:
We went out a little fast on the first 3.5 miles at about 6:35 pace. Then we started the workout and I just felt tired so I cooled it to about 6:05-6:10 pace for the up tempo part of the workout. Then we went and got swoll in the weight room with the rest of the team. It was good to see everybody back today and things should be getting back to normal pretty soon.
