Comments:
Swam at Community Center after practice. Swam the following including 20 lap segment which is a HUGE non stop PR! Had only gone 9 before this so I am so so happy! I could have gone further than 20 but I needed a mental break and to clear my throat!

I was tired but got into a great rhythym. Maybe the key is to do 10-15 laps first before trying to go long!
