Comments:
Didn't leave enough time for me to do the longer run I wanted, but I did drive to the LMS and squeezed in this run, hustling to get back in time to pick up the girls from carpool. Pace started casual along the overlook trail, but when I committed to looping down the towpath, I began to build the pace, and I was moving well by the end. sub 7:00 pace along the canal.
I then drove to the HS and jogged a lap around campus with Owen Killy.
