Comments:
It was a very easy run. I stopped to stretch several times. But it was a very important run. I have just three weeks until the half marathon and I need to get two weeks of solid training. I start the week with a run and I have plans for a long run tomorrow. I need more runs like this, easy runs at night and then I need to come home stretch, do push ups and sit ups and hydrate.
