When "pacing" turns into my workout...

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 42 and lovely dusk with wintry sky

Comments:
Met up with the Lion who had to miss the workout due to a math test. Jogged to Wilson as we had only limited time. A few quick drills and four striders later, we ran six 200s on the wacky Wilson track. Recoveries we're noticeably short as the track is about sixty meters shy of 400. Abigail is strong enough that I would have had to go all out to pull ahead it was a very useful, strong workout for me, and she seemed strong, but very in control save for the limping which grew noticeably worse as the workout went on thanks to her ankle. My right foot was still bugging me and had cramped during the afternoon, but was very ignorable during the workout.
