Comments:
I went over to GDS pre-regionals practice and saw Belber, Berenson, Isabel, Matthew, Tristan et al. I knew from the start they were going to do 200s, and that those would not be--nor have they ever been, arguably--helpful at all. The point of this workout was to feel comfortable running fast, and, at least during the 800s get into a rhythm similar to that of the race, even though they were a tad fast (i.e., I wanted to stay in front of Mark). I had equal time recovery after the 8s and one minute after the 4s as usual. My legs felt sore, but I recovered well as usual.
