Goal pace-55
We took the first one out at the pace we thought was right....but it ended up being too fast. We kept on trying to slow them down because they were all too fast, but by the 4th rep we hadn't hit the goal pace and the last two were meant to be fast. The rest was 30 seconds in between but it felt more like 10 seconds. I felt really good during this, and even though we were going fast I didn't feel too tired. Usually I feel out of control during the last fast reps, but during these I felt super in control and comfortable.
