Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warm up was so slow because my dad ran with me and he was doing his cool down from his race. I didn't think I was going that fast during my tempo, I thought I was going around 6:45 pace like last week, but I guess that's good if I felt exactly the same as last week. I planned on doing 15 min tempo, but I stopped after my leg started pulling and didn't go away after a minute of running. I thought it would be smarter to just cut it a bit shirt than keep on going and have it hurting for the race. I also kept my cool down shorter for that reason.
