Zeke told me to log it and move on. Smart advice honestly. My anaerobic fitness is down a lot from last spring but thats understandable given how infrequently I workout. I ran for 20 minutes to try and fit in some other workout stuff. Did some old pt exercises and crunches and leg lifts after my run, had trouble staying on task and focused though.
