Ankle sprain part due

Comments:
with some of the HS guys for first half then decided to relax into my own pace in the second half to make sure i was gonna be well rested for tommorows intimadting first collegiate workout and then of course during the last little bit when i turned around to do a little extra i sprianed the same ankle again. defintly not as bad but we'll see how it progresses the second time around because it was defintly weakend from the last go around and what ill be able to do tommorow
