Comments:
This run was really hard for me. My quads/calves were really sore and the heat definitely did not help at all. Actually, the heat was what made my run so difficult. I hope that it won't be this hot for our first meet, because I know that I run worse when its really hot out and I don't want to let the team down for my first race.
